1.
Determining the position of wall in both vertical and horizontal lines.
At the edge of the column, use dowel bar for proper bonding of blocks
and column as normal. |

Cleaning and soaking with water required for SUPERBLOCK masonary and
only 5 mm. thick SUPERBLOCK mortar is enough to bind the blocks together.
Mix 2 1/2 parts of glue Mortar to1 part of water by volume. |

SUPERBLOCK can easily be cut with a normal Hand Saw (Carbined tips
hand saw would last much longer and result best). |

4.
After laying blocks with SUPERBLOCK Glue Mortar, making sure all gaps
are filled with glue mortar and SUPERBLOCK should be laid overlapping
each other and hammer for more stronger. |

5.
It's easy to cut and chase in SUPERBLOCK masonary for laying Electrical
and Sanitary pipes etc. |

6.
For cost saving, plastering thickness should not be over 10 mm. in
2 layers, and must be applied after a gap of one day between the two
coats. |
