  WHAT IS SUPERBLOCK  
 
SUPERBLOCK is the combination of smart technology, using natural materials like water, sand, lime, cement,. and aluminium powder.
  

What is SUPERBLOCK
  These raw materials are then processed to provide a building material with a large number of air pores aerater concrete. And it is psecisely cut. These pores plus the solid structure of calcium silicate hydrates give SUPERBLOCK it's exceptional product properties: excellent thermal insulation against high and low temperatures, easy and rational use, universal application, efficient construction to save energy.

Lightweight SUPERBLOCK panels are made from cement, sand, lime and aluminium powder in ratios highly standardized.
The panels are aerated, therefore lighter than normal concrete panels. SUPERBLOCK panels are reinforced with rustproof coated steel wire mesh for endurance. They are also cured in autoclave by pressurized steam. Expansion and shrinkage is minimal. They are all produced with utmost precision.

  APPLICATION

  With the use of lightweight SUPERBLOCK panels, construction is sped up, and less labor is required. SUPERBLOCK panels can be customized in various sizes to fit your exact needs. Provision of tongues and grooves along with glue mortar will ensure a straight alignment. Plastering mortar is applied with 3-5 mm thickness only.

Standard
  Lightweight SUPERBLOCK panels always have precise measurements due to the use of sophisticated technology. The panels come both in vertical and horizontal designs. The panels are supplemented with steel wire mesh reinforcement for stronger panels and can be used as both external and internal walls.

Convenient and cost Efficient
 

The SUPERBLOCK panels are very light and easily erected by the aid of machinery or labor of two. The panels weigh approximately 700 kg / cubic meter or weigh 100 kg per panel of the dimensions 8x60x200 cm, therefore minimize the building load.
